Itinerary

Introduction

The 4 days program will rebalance your body, mind and soul and make you aware of the choices towards a healthy life. You will practice yoga and meditation on your own. Enjoy the hot stone bath at Paro Eco farm.

DAY 1 PARO – THIMPHU

On arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be received by our company representative. You will take a drive of about 2 hours to the capital Thimphu and check into your hotel. Enjoy the walk around the Memorial Chorten, a huge stupas built in memory of the third King who reigned from 1952 – 1972. Rest and relax towards the evening.

DAY 2 THIMPHU- SIGHTSEEING

Start the day by visiting the gigantic Buddha Dordenma Statue. Practice yoga and meditation on your own. After that you will discover Simply Bhutan/Folk heritage museum and visit Trashichho Dzong, the main secretariat building. Then walk around takin zoo and visit the National Library where ancient manuscripts are preserved. Enjoy the spa back in the hotel.

DAY 03 THIMPHU – PARO

Early in the morning drive towards Sangay Gang to have a full view of Thimphu city. Then practice yoga and meditation on your own. After breakfast, drive towards Dochula then, halt at Dochula and explore the most spectacular view of the Eastern Himalayan mountain ranges. Then walk around the glorious 108 stupas. Drive back to Paro and check into your hotel. Visit Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower housing the National Museum, experience the beauty of Paro Dzong, perhaps the finest example of Bhutanese architecture as well as a local religious administrative center. Enjoy the hot stone bath at Eco farm.

DAY 04 PARO – SIGHTSEEING

Practice yoga and meditation early in the morning. Then Start the day by hiking Taktsang “Tiger’s nest”. The monastery is perched on a rocky ledge with a sheer drop of nearly 800 meters and meditates near the tiger’s nest. Later After that, go to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan. Enjoy the spa in the hotel.

DAY 05 DEPATURE FROM PARO AIRPORT

After breakfast, bid farewell to your guide and be transferred to the airport for flight.
